How do I obtain these products for my employees?
When you've determined which product(s) you wish to offer your employees, complete the appropriate state policyholder application and submit the documents to the address provided.
Online enrollment available for employees
When your application has been reviewed and accepted, MedBen® will provide you with online access for account management and employee enrollment.
Nationwide Specialty Health has partnered with MedBen to provide administrative services for you and your employees. MedBen will manage your premium billing, employee eligibility, claims processing and customer service functions for your Supplemental Health Insurance products.
