Online enrollment requires special access to the MedBen^® website. Your HR representative can provide you with your User Name and Password and assist you with the enrollment process (PDF) through MedBen Access.

- Enrolling through the mail
Human resources can also assist you with your paper application and submitting your enrollment paperwork through the mail if you choose not to apply online.
